A walkthrough of the house in the order a buyer would see it, with drone footage of the lot. Most run between a minute and a half and three minutes, and you get versions for MLS, your website and social.
We visit the house before the shoot, write a shot list and pick the time of day each room looks best. The walkthrough, the detail shots and the drone footage happen in one session, so the house only has to be ready once.
Builders and designers use the same film for a finished project, with closer shots of the materials and finishes.
