French Modern Estate
Onyx & Alabaster, the Franklin interior design studio, turned this Brentwood spec house into a French Modern family home, and we filmed the walkthrough once they were done. The studio was a 2025 AD Pro Featured Designer and has won Best of Houzz nine times.
Background
The house was a Brentwood spec home with good bones and the builder's finishes already picked. The clients wanted a French Modern family home with more light and warmth, and one that would be easy to live in.
Onyx & Alabaster worked with the builder's selections instead of replacing them. We were brought in once the rooms were finished.
What We Did
We filmed a slow walkthrough of the finished house, then scripted and recorded a voiceover for it. Many shots stay close on the designers' decisions, like a wall finish or afternoon sun across a custom piece.
Results
The film has more than 14,000 views on YouTube with no paid promotion, and Onyx & Alabaster feature it on their website.
