Lakeshore Drive Residence

Marina Youssef was listing a five-bedroom lakefront home with more than 5,000 square feet, a deck that looks out over the water and a walkout lower level. The house was empty. Vacant rooms show up online as bare floors and blank walls, and buyers scrolling a listing struggle to picture how they would live in a room they can't size up.
Marina asked us to show buyers what the house could look like lived in. We built a home tour around her on camera, then used AI virtual staging to furnish five of the rooms inside the film, so viewers watch each space go from empty to finished.

01 · The Tour
Marina on camera, from the driveway to the deck.
The film opens with Marina walking up the driveway and introducing the house, then lifts into aerials that put the roofline, the yard and the lake in one frame. Bedroom, bathroom and square-footage counts appear as titles over the drone shots, so the basics land in the first twenty seconds.
From there the camera moves inside. Marina comes back on the deck to talk about the views and the location, and the closing aerial drifts out over the lake.

02 · The Staging
Empty rooms, furnished on camera.
Virtual staging usually lives in still photos, where the buyer only ever sees the finished room. We staged inside the film instead. Each shot opens on the room as it is, with bare floors and light coming through the windows. Then the furniture arrives piece by piece while the camera keeps moving, until the room is set.
Showing both versions in the same shot is upfront with buyers about what's there and what was added. It also gives them scale: a sectional, a dining table for six or a bed shows how much space each room has, which bare floors can't do on their own.
