Oakridge Visuals is Kevin Craig's film and photography studio. Most of the work is for listing agents, custom builders and interior designers around Nashville, and some of those clients have had us build their websites too.
Principles
Planned shots
We walk the house before the shoot and decide the order a viewer should see the rooms in. Then we book the shoot for the hours when each room has its best light.
A limited schedule
We book a limited number of shoots each season, so every project gets a scouting visit and an unhurried edit.
Made to be watched
A film only earns its cost if people watch it. The French Modern Estate tour we made for Onyx & Alabaster passed 14,000 views on YouTube without any paid promotion.
How We Work
Four steps, from first call to delivery.
Discovery
A call about the property or the business, who the film is for and when you need it. We send a quote afterward.
Pre-Production
We visit the property, write a shot list and pick a shoot time based on where the light falls.
Production
Usually one day on site. The walkthrough, the detail shots and the drone footage happen in the same session, so the house only has to be ready once.
Delivery
You get the finished film, the social cuts and files sized for each platform, timed to your listing or launch date. One round of revisions is included.

The studio is in Franklin, and most shoots are a short drive away in Brentwood, College Grove, Leiper's Fork or Nashville. Being close means we can usually see a house before shoot day.
