Pre-Production
We scout the property, plan each shot, coordinate timing around natural light, and build a creative direction tailored to the space and the audience it needs to reach.
Production
One focused shoot — ground cinematography, aerial, detail work, and lifestyle staging captured in a single session. Efficient for you, thorough for the final film.
Delivery
You receive the cinematic film, social cuts, and all platform-ready assets. One round of revisions included, with delivery timelines built around your listing or launch date.

After years in creative production, Kevin moved to Franklin and founded Oakridge Visuals with a clear conviction: the luxury market deserves media that matches the craft behind the spaces.
Over the last 5 years, Kevin has worked across commercial film, brand storytelling, and visual content for clients who demanded more than the standard approach. That experience shaped a simple philosophy: every project is a story, and the best stories are told with intention, not templates.
Franklin's builders, designers, and agents don't cut corners. Neither does Oakridge. Kevin founded the studio to bridge the gap between world-class spaces and the media used to present them, because too often the two didn't match.
Today, Oakridge Visuals operates as a boutique studio by design. Kevin is involved in every project from discovery through delivery — ensuring each film carries the same level of care and creative attention that went into building the space itself.
