Napa Event Property
An event and rental property in Napa, California, with a pool and an outdoor kitchen. We staged it, then shot a walkthrough film, HDR photos and drone footage.
Background
The property has a pool, an outdoor kitchen and high-end finishes throughout, but the listing wasn't getting noticed. The photos it had didn't show any of that.
What We Did
We handled staging and prep before the shoot. Then we filmed a walkthrough of the interior, shot HDR photos of each room and the outdoor spaces, and flew the drone over the grounds.
Results
Bookings for the space went up substantially after the new film, photos and drone footage went live.
