Motivational Mansion

The film moves through the estate in the order a first visit would: up the drive and through the gate, into the 22-foot great room, out through the retractable walls to the pool terrace, and across the grounds as the light goes down. Aerial passes open it up so you understand the land and the privacy before you ever step inside.

We cut two versions. The 2:50 long cut lives on the home page with sound. A 1:50 short cut opens The Space page and walks the rooms in the order a visitor meets them.

Every shot in the film was framed to hold up as a still, so the same shoot day produced a second set of images. The frames carry the film's color and light, which keeps the social posts, emails and printed pieces looking like they belong to one campaign.

The photo set covers the estate from the air and room by room. Aerials show the gated acreage and the terraced pool from above. Inside, we composed each room so the owner's art stays readable, since the quotes on those walls are the reason the house has its name.

The twilight exteriors were shot after sunset with the landscape and pool lighting on. Seventy edited images in all, and they run through every page of the website.

The estate needed one place to send people that could do more than a listing page. We designed and built motivationalmansion.com around the media: the long cut plays in the home page hero, the short cut opens The Space, and the photography carries every section after that.

The rest of the site answers what a relocating family asks first. A Nearby page maps the drive times to downtown Franklin, Nashville and BNA, and every page leads to an inquiry form so the conversation can start before anyone visits.
