Chic Nashville Loft

The Challenge

A two-story loft in the heart of downtown Nashville. The client wanted a second home — refined, cozy, and ready to welcome after a night in the city. O+A's vision from the start: quiet luxury. Modern, feminine, and grounded in texture. Room by room, the team built a narrative — warm leathers and natural woods in the guest lounge, Italian terrazzo and bronze accents in the guest bath, a moody olive-and-brass primary suite, deep-green custom cabinetry in a fully remodeled primary bath, a boutique-style closet with glass-front cabinetry and velvet-lined drawers, a bold animal-print powder bath, and an entertainment level anchored by custom walnut cabinetry and a waterfall-edge stone kitchen that Tanya calls the true art piece of the home. Every detail was chosen to calm the eye and elevate the everyday.

The Approach

Oakridge Visuals produced a cinematic video tour of the finished loft and captured Tanya moving through each space, walking the audience through their design decisions and the challenges they overcame for the client. The guest lounge, the moody primary suite, the custom kitchen, the boutique closet — each room given a proper introduction and a unique story.
